At Aeris Massage, we know that life can be unpredictable. Sometimes, unexpected meetings, deadlines, or delays can make you think about canceling an appointment. We want to be fair to all our clients and respect our therapists' time, so we have a few simple policies:
We ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This way, we can offer that time to someone else who may need it.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and we can’t fill your spot, you’ll be charged the full treatment fee. This also applies to flight delays.
The charge may be deducted from your existing value plan or gift certificate balance, or you may need to pay in full before your next visit.
If we successfully fill your time slot, you won’t be charged for the missed appointment.
If you forget or deliberately miss your appointment, you'll be marked as a “no-show” and billed for that session.
We encourage you to plan ahead so you can arrive on time for your relaxing experience!
